By accessing or using the Platform you accept and agree to the terms of this Disclaimer in full. If you do not agree with any part of this Disclaimer, you must not use the Platform.
1. General Disclaimer
While we endeavour to keep the information on the Platform accurate, complete and up to date, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, suitability or availability of the Platform or the information, products, services, or related graphics contained on the Platform for any purpose. Any reliance you place on such information is therefore strictly at your own risk.

Certain functions of the Platform, including the processing of deposits and withdrawals, depend on services provided by third parties such as payment processors, banks, mobile-money operators and network providers. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, delays, failures, fees or policies of any such third party, and any issue arising from a third-party service is a matter between you and the relevant provider, subject to applicable law.
Any failure, delay, fee, charge or limitation imposed by a third-party provider is a matter between you and that provider, and you should review and comply with the terms and policies of any provider you use. We do not guarantee the continued availability of any particular payment channel and may add, remove or change the channels available without notice. Where a third-party provider reverses, recalls or withholds a payment, we may make a corresponding adjustment to your Balance to reflect the true position.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction. The availability of the Platform in any location is not to be construed as a representation that the Platform is appropriate or available for use in that location. Where local law restricts or prohibits any feature of the Platform, you must refrain from using that feature.

You are solely responsible for your conduct on the Platform, for the accuracy of the information you provide, for the security of your Account credentials, and for any decision you make in connection with the Services. You agree that you will not hold us responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your own acts or omissions, including the provision of incorrect beneficiary details, the loss of your credentials, or your failure to comply with our Terms.

Any views or opinions expressed on the Platform, whether by us, by our personnel, or by third parties, are those of the individual author and do not necessarily reflect our official policy or position. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Atlanrise, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees or agents be liable for any loss or damage, including without limitation indirect or consequential loss or damage, or any loss or damage whatsoever arising from loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue or loss of opportunity arising out of, or in connection with, the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not we have been advised of the possibility of such damage.
The exclusions and limitations set out in this Disclaimer apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not affect any rights that you may have as a consumer that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where any part of this section is held to be unenforceable, the remainder shall continue to apply to the fullest extent permitted.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Atlanrise and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Platform, your breach of this Disclaimer or our Terms, or your violation of any law or the rights of any third party.
16. Severability
If any provision of this Disclaimer is found to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining provisions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of those remaining provisions.

We reserve the right to amend, update or replace this Disclaimer at any time and at our sole discretion. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting of the revised Disclaimer on the Platform, and your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes. This Disclaimer is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and any dispute arising in connection with it shall be subject to the dispute-resolution and jurisdiction provisions set out in our Terms and Conditions.

25. Force Majeure
